Jim Wilson
Jim is the Founder and CEO of ZEA Biosciences. Prior to founding ZEA, Jim founded AquaHarvest Technologies (now Fresh Box Farms/Crop One Holdings), he was the founder and Managing Partner of Pine Street Investment Company, a real estate investment company.Jim received a bachelor’s degree in Economics and
Industrial management from Carnegie Mellon University. He also served as a US Naval pilot for four years. Jim authored 11 pending patents related to varying plant, system and process areas, along with three different national grants for USDA, DOE and National Science Foundation.

Richard A. Fontes
Richard is a partner at Greenbridge Advisors and the Chief Product Officer at Topo Finance. Prior to Greenbridge and Topo, he has 15+ year career in the financial services industry including time at State Street Advisors, Wellington Management, and Fidelity Investments.
Rich is a CFA Charterholder and Chair of CFA Boston’s Sustainable Investment Taskforce, holds an MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston Univ. & a BSBA from Merrimack College.

Wally Wadman
Wally is the Founder and Principal of Constitution Research & Management. He is one of a select group of money managers thanked by Peter Lynch at the end of the investing primer One Up on Wall Street. Wally worked with Joe McNay of Essex Investment Management, one of the masters of growth-stock investing. Before joining Essex, he served as Vice President of Research for Scudder Stevens & Clark, as a Portfolio Manager for the Scudder Development Fund and the Scudder Special Fund and began his investment career while employed by Liberty Mutual Insurance Company as an Investment Analyst.

Tony Hung
Tony is a biotech entrepreneur and venture leader with experience across therapeutics, diagnostics, and synthetic biology. He is the Co-Founder and CEO of Pulsar Bio and previously worked in venture capital at Correlation Ventures.
Tony holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Stanford and a PhD in Biochemistry from Harvard. At Solvane Strategies, he provides strategic guidance on innovation, market dynamics, and company evaluation, bringing a founder-led perspective to the firm’s investment approach.

Jeff Johnson
Jeff is a seasoned information security architect with over 15 years of experience securing large-scale, mission-critical systems across enterprise, healthcare, and defense environments. Currently a Senior Architect at Akamai Technologies, he has led major initiatives in vulnerability management, security architecture, and incident response.
Jeff holds a B.S. in General Engineering from the University of Illinois and brings valuable expertise in cybersecurity, infrastructure risk, and secure system design to Solvane Strategies’ Advisory Board.

Chris Blessen
Chris is the CEO and Principal of Tappé Architects, where he has led major capital projects and guided firm-wide strategy, operations, and long-term planning. With over two decades of executive leadership, he brings expertise in building trusted client relationships, organizational evaluation, budgeting, and managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
At Solvane Strategies, he contributes a seasoned operator’s perspective to client relationships, strategic planning, and operational risk management.
